I chose satellite as the example map here, as the graphical issues are the worst on it for sure. many objects in the maps will pop in and out, sometimes rendering it unplayable (The ground in satellite doesn't even load in). My graphics driver is on the recommended version, Windows 10 is up to date, I am not certain of what else it could be. I can't just chalk this up to it being in beta, as the bugs are too intense.

My PC Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

Memory: 16 GB

Graphical settings are anywhere from medium to lowest. The PC runs the game fine, as it isn't heating up, and it happily hovers around 60-80 FPS

Hey everyone! We're trying to gather up some information about this issue and would greatly appreciate some additional help from all of you. If you had this happen to you and are willing to lend us a hand, please send over a Private Message - not a chat invitation - with the following details:

  1. Battletag/ATVIaccountID

  2. Issue Details (What day this started, what troubleshooting you've tried, details you feel may be relevant)

  3. Please provide your Dxdiag using the following steps:

  • Press Windows+R to open the Run command window.

  • Type “dxdiag” in the Open field and then select OK.

  • When the DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens, select Save All Information.

  • Select Save to save the dxdiag.txt file to your Desktop.

  • Please upload the dxdiag to a Google Drive.

  1. Please provide your CoD Bug Report.ZIP file using the following steps:

(NOTE: Windows 7 users should make sure to download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 or newer before running this tool)

  • Open the game folder (where the BlackOpsColdWar.exe executable is)

  • Look for ReportCodBug.exe and open it

  • Once the tool is open, it will ask you to select a path you wish to save the COD Bug Report.zip file to. The default path is in your C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents folder but you can click the Browse button to choose another location on their PC.

  • Once the tool is finished, a pop-up will display, telling you that the COD Bug Report.zip file was created successfully. Pressing Ok will open the folder in which it has been created. Please place this into a Google Drive.

When you're ready, go ahead and send all of this over to use in a PM so we can create our report. Thanks in advance guys! WH
