This person needs to start a case with our Player Support.
On call of duty's website where it says support I contacted them weeks ago about this issue. I never heard back from anyone.
Do you have a ticket number?
As I said I never got an email at all. Not even an email stating a ticket number or anything. I simply hit the support tab and sent the message about what happened and never heard from there on.
Strange. Please start by reaching out to our Player Support on Twitter. Shoot them a DM with all the information possible.
