We're looking to release a fix for this in a future update.

I actually have and across a number of threads. Some of which were picked up by a few sites. I'm going to respond to everything that I can from big to small.

Edit: I also just added a stability related card earlier after speaking with our team.

Why does this have so many downvotes

Why does this have so many downvotes

Welcome to Gaming Reddit! Honestly, the points don't matter. It is however indicative of a platform issue where players spam the downvote button in ways that don't meet the Reddiquette. Add it to the way some Redditors behave you get a nice "well why should I even bother with this space" mixture of negative experiences. It doesn't just happen to developers either!

Okay but stability is not only linked to ray tracing. I have it turned off and I m still experiencing crashes at least 3-5 times a day. Since the patch was released I have been experiencing these issues.

The addition of this card does not mean that we are not investigating other stability-related issues. I would hope that the takeaway from that card is that we are working with our partners to investigate these types of issues. It is, however, a suggestion for players to disable Ray Tracing and then report back. We also have general guidelines for crashing on Trello too.

Okay, I meant no disrespect. I really do appreciate the fact the issue is definitely being worked on and that they are listening to players crash reports and instances. Thank you!

No offense was taken! :)
