There's been multiple huge breaches in other services, lately - not just gaming, social media, etc. Anyone who dupes passwords is vulnerable atm, if they're not running 2FA.

If you dupe passwords and you see a run on account theft like this, immediately change all of your security credentials.

Thanks for sharing this with your peers. Highly recommend:

  1. Check if you have been part of a common security breach via https://haveibeenpwned.com/.
  2. Use 2FA on EVERYTHING.
  3. Use a password manager to create unique + strong passwords.

What are the chances of someone getting a hold of your account if you got 2FA on?

They would need access to your 2FA source. This can vary on the platform you choose to use, but for most people, this would require them to need your physical device which houses your 2FA application.

Nice didn’t know it was that good! Thanks for responding! Oh and btw there is a small bug on Vip escort where you are down and getting revive and the round end the sound carry on to the next round which is not a big deal but happens a lot so hopefully you can maybe look into that will be great thanks!

Here's a quick primer on 2FA and popular services that you can use it on.

This is the most important part IMHO:

Remember this as you panic over how hard this all sounds: being secure isn't easy. The bad guys count on you being lax in protecting yourself. Implementing 2FA will mean it takes a little longer to log in each time on a new device, but it's worth it in the long run to avoid serious theft, be it of your identity, data, or money.

We'll be including a note about 2FA in our blog/patch notes tomorrow too.

Also: Thank you for the VIP Escort note. I'll share it with our team.
