[2021] Cold War Multiplayer Invisibility Bug

I have been experiencing a bug where my character model is completely invisible to myself, my team mates, and enemies. There are a few things I noticed:

The bug only seems to happen on the Nuketown 24/7 playlist
The bug makes me immune to bullets, but not explosives
This bug occurs randomly, I'd estimate every 3 out of 5 matches
I can still kill enemies and physically block them with my body
I can still interact with objectives (such as the hardpoint)

I thought the bug was because I had a MW operator when I was playing Warzone, but didn't change it when I started the free trial, causing my player model to not appear. However I changed my operator to Beck's Blacktop skin in Cold War and the bug is still occuring.

Has anyone else experienced this? I can't play the free week long trial because I have to leave matches when this bug appears.

We're investigating this issue currently and I have some questions.

When you launched Black Ops Cold War did you launch via Warzone?
Was your operator invisible when you first loaded up in Black Ops Cold War too?
How many operators have you switched to since choosing Beck? Is this persisting through Warsaw and Nato characters?
In addition to the above, what are your currently selected operators?

I have not switched my operators at all, I stuck with Beck throughout the 4 matches I played and it seemed like a 50/50 shot whether I would be invisible or not.

My current operator in Cold War is Beck for Warsaw and Hunter for NATO.

Thank you for the answers! We were able to investigate and have released a fix. If you haven't already, please restart your console and play a few matches. Let us know how your matches go when you're playing as a NATO member.
