[2021] My MP is permanently stuck on Gunfight Tournaments

I started a game of gunfight tournaments. After loading into the bracket screen, out of all the preliminary rounds, only 2 out of 8 started. Everyone else was stuck on a "Starting...." screen. After waiting about 10 minutes, nobody else loaded in, while the 2 people that were able to start were on round 6.

I eventually tried to give up and just close app, but after loading back in on MP, I'm now permanently stuck on a tournament results screen, and I've been waiting over 10 minutes now and cannot get off this screen at all. Cannot go to social screen, can't play MP at all.

What do I do?
