[2021] Can't Equip Skyhook for Park

So I recently purchased the Playstation exclusive for this season. It comes with a skyhook version of Park from the campaign. I can't equip the character itself I can only choose random on Park and have a chance of having it equipped. I can equip everything else except the operator. I have had the bundle for 2 days. Anyone have a fix for this?

Yep. Was identified last week, a Trello card made last week, and a fix was issued today.
