I wanted to see if coldwar is fixed and it is, i went to battle.net launcher and there was update, After updating and restarting shders and went to game and been playing 2hrs without any issue!

This is factually wrong. Raven doesn't update Black Ops Cold War and for the sake of accountability, they didn't break it either. An update introduced to Black Ops Cold War on Friday, December 10th, seemingly caused an increase in crashes. Not sure where you got this info from.
