PS4 - My game just randomly crashed and after loading it back up my battle pass has reset from tier 89 to tier 1. It says I own it but have no progress on it now. All the skins and blueprints I unlocked are still there for me. Really hoping the servers are just acting up right now.
(Edit 1: After playing one match, it reset back to my normal tiers so don’t panic if this happens to you)
(Edit 2: Every time I start the game up now I’m back to tier 1 again)

Our team looked into it and it appears that the issue was likely a result of some server issues. Players resuming from a rest state also saw the issue, but it was alleviated by restarting the application and playing a new match.
I see that /u/Saucy-Pesto reports being reset every time that they log on? Are you experiencing this too? Saucy, are you resuming from rest states?
I fully close app but always boot from rest mode if that’s what you are referring to.
Was more so curious if you were resuming the game from a rest state. The rest state for the console is fine. So then you can confirm that this issue is persisting through playing matches and fully restarting the application?
