I just checked Foxhound's comments and he did comment it to someone in the past hour that they have been looking into it and we should reach out to /u/ATVIAssist (They did reach out to me and I sent in my dxdiag/crash report as they asked) to give more data about it, that's amazing to hear finally, I personally don't have anything against the game, I'm just a little upset because I'd love to play it and I've been almost only trying to fix it since launch and could barely play sometime on the lowest possible settings while the game looks amazing and I could run it on high in the Beta without an issue, and yeah we're mostly missing out on the double xp :(

Thanks for taking a look. The person who you are interacting with engaged in ways that were detracting from my ability to process threads and feedback. Without looking at my comment history or direct messaging me, my DMs have always been open (!), they continued to detract and spam so I had to mute them temporarily.
Our Player Support teams are working directly with our development teams that handle PC. The reports are collated and directed to the proper teams.
Wow thanks for the reply! Activision Support did reach out to me on the weekend and I sent them my dxdiag/crash report, the only thing I missed out is that I could play the game perfectly without an issue on High settings in the Beta, but since launch I have this issue with crashes, and that I can also play MW(since launch) and also Warzone without an issue on High/ultra but I've seen some people say they had the exact same issue during the Beta and with MW and with Warzone in their first few months
Thanks for taking the time to supply them with that information. That new .exe is pretty sweet, eh? I was excited when they outlined we would have it moving forward.
FWIW, I'm a PC enthusiast/main myself and can assure you that our teams at Beenox are too. They're excellent partners and they take this seriously. We want people to play our games. :)

It's all good. No harm, no foul as I understand you just want to be able to play the game. My inbox is just very active with tags and DMs. Got a bit hard process them. Makes me wish that I could separate the inbox better.
You might need to check in "more options" to DM someone on Reddit.
