[2020] How is this game this time around?

Hi. I came from BDO years ago (haven't played in a long time), and played Bless when it launched. That was kind of a sh*t show. Just saw this on PS4, how is it? Doesn't seem very populated but that might be due to the bad rep the first time around?

PS4 is so overpopulated there was an issue with crashes when literally 1000+ people showed up to kill bone dragon on one channel. Definitely super full. Xbox not as much, but the population there is also growing again. PC release is in like 3 months
