[2020] My account NEEDS TO BE FIXED! (PS4 NA)

Literally I’ve been waiting and waiting for approx 6 days now.. And for some reason there hasn’t been a maintenance all these days, but right before my account got bugged it was b2b2b2b maintenance.

Issue: I cannot do ANY matchmaking without getting disconnected the moment all players are ready. I’ve tried literally everything you can think of. And the only way to fix this is if a developer or something manually fixes my account because I’ve spoke to 6 GMs and they have no idea how to fix this.

Im so pissed I’ve missed out on so much loot, my valor perks rank out so i missed multiple days (sealed chest keys) This is ridiculous. I didn’t want to have to make this post but now i’m going to have to speak up, because if I was a GM having this issue or some “known” youtuber This sh*t would of been fixed within 24 hours. Its F’d up that i’m somehow the only human in the entire world with this issue, and nobody can help me.
