the other night i was trying to use this consumable for the main quest; redfords mace design, but as i was doing it the server crashed. now when i log back on the item is completely gone, yet i still have to complete that part of the quest, its bugged now

It's right outside the east exit of the ampitheater. On the little hill next to the varg that is standing across from the telepost
