[2021] Which would be better - PvP from Level 2 onward - which must be turned on for both combatants (so PvP not PKing) - or keep the current setup as is?

I would love to see a pvp toggle starting right away at level 1, so you could pvp anywhere, anytime with no NPC interference, but if you don't want to pvp at all you can just leave it toggled off and be immune everywhere

Totally agree. I meant NPC guards shouldn't interfere
