[2020] Is it a good time to come back?

Played since beta and bought one of the founders pack back in March or April I think or whenever. Played the a lot got two characters to lower and mid 20s. Stopped playing because of the PvP getting ganked by a guild when fighting world bosses and just some other stuff that made the game just annoying to play some times. Saw that the game had some updates since I left and just wanted to ask if I should pick the game back up or if I should wait?
