@vPurpleHaze420v I completely understand your perspective on the aforementioned workaround ;D However, players who encountered the same error message were able to access the game again after performing the aforementioned workaround.
@Kieran_Nelson96 Please try to go to the character selection and press the X button to allow the customization window to appear on your screen. Once it does, you should be able to change your character's appearance without using another ticket and the changes should apply after you have saved it.
