Below is that live chat with a GM after I cannot play my main (can load alts) as he is stuck in limbo of FoF

GM:do you remember what you did before the issue happened?Were you on a dungeon or doing any quests?

Me:loaded into festival of fear instanceand thats where it says he still is

Me:So that means my character is stuck and I cannot play?

GM OctaveUnfortunately yes, but what I can do is update you whenever the team gives us feedback about your character.
