[2021] Anyone know if the intend to nix the dungeon rotations?

I've actually stopped playing because of this. I've hit endgame content with my main and was about to start working on an alt, but not like this. Waiting weeks or months for a dungeon to become available so I can farm needed gear is not what I consider a worthwhile gaming experience.
