[2020] Game crashes on Xbox Series X

Anyone else experiencing the game crashing at random points in the game and at random times? I know it is not the console as the game crashed once without the audio working and the sound when the game crashes didn't play.

I reached out to support and all they said is because the console is new they can't do anything about it i.e. customer support lingo for "don't expect a fix any time soon."

I can't run dungeons, invasions or anything without the risk of crashing at some point and restarting on some other channel then switching back to the right channel to find out I'm dead and can't even revive myself with star seeds.

Just want to know that I'm not the only one...
