[2020] Gideon Tips?

Can i get tips for Gideon?

My character

• Level 25 Crusader; GS 911
• Weapon: Sword of the Forgotten [Legendary]
• Secondary: Guard's Shield +2 [Epic]
• Helm: Executioner's Guard [Epic]
• Chest: Executioner's Body Armor +2 [Epic]
• Legs: Greaves of the Protector +3 [Epic]
• Shoes: Executioner's Boots [Epic]
• Gloves: Gladiators Gauntlets +3 [Epic]
• Shoulder: [Executioner's Shoulder Armor +2 [Epic]
• Waist: Executioner's Belt [Epic]
• Necklace: None
• Ring: Horde Ring [Uncommon]
• Blessing: Crescent Moon
• I have 117k gold, 8k starseeds, 141 cores

I've even tried potions and food effects but it's just eating up my starseeds. I can barely do 25% of his health (he has about 980k hp [wish i had that much]). I've tried rolling after his teleports. Shield Throw & Daring Assault is about all i can really do. He teleports so much that i can barely start a combo or use Counterattack before i either have to evade or he teleports before i can get the camera angle on him (and yes, i've tried locking the camera on but the lock doesn't follow teleports).

What i'm asking is

1. Do i need to replace anything in that list for better chances?
2. If it doesn't need to be replaced, how much further should i keep on upgrading (when i can afford it)?
3. Do i need anything else?

UPDATE 1 (9 hours later): I had 8 healing 2, 1 elixir of destruction, 3 regen 2, and 1 panacea. I managed to get him to about 613k hp, but i died in the end. That's my attempt for a while.
