Update: We're still looking into this issue. We know what it means for you all to log in and have fun playing the game, so we're working hard towards resolving it quickly. Please bear with us.

"Final" Update: Thanks for sticking with us during this bumpy start. Anyone who logins today (2/26) until tomorrow (2/27) 10 a.m. Pacific will receive an in-game mail with 1x 3-hour EXP Booster, 1x 3-hour Gold Boost, 1x Level 1 Healing Potion. Those items will be delivered tomorrow (2/27) We appreciate your patience and hope this will help jump start you with the lost time.
NOTE: If you are encountering login issues, we are aware and investigating. Thank you for your patience! We are also aware that Founder's Packs items are being delivered slowly, but they will be delivered to your character.
