[2021] Suggestions for making a feminine Ippin?

So I first became interested in playing Bless Unleashed due to finding out about the Ippin, a cute small furry race that can be, I assumed, either male or female. And I wanted to play a female Ippin. Since then I found that I unlike the Bless Online version's Mascu, they don't have selectable genders. It's supposedly self-assigned (weird because you don't seem to be able to select a pronoun). But according to a Bless Unleashed tweet from February 2020 talking about this, " you can still make a very female looking Ippin.".

So tweaking what sliders and picking what options would you suggest to achieve a feminine look for Ippin? I already found the option for male and female voices.
