I went to the Lumena Shop, bought 20 dollars worth of gems, then spent the gems on the Feywinter outfit. But it didn't give me the card. I logged out then back in, checked my premium items, it wasn't there. I waited a while now, still not there. I sent a support ticket but I wanna know if I missed something I can do.

I sent a ticket early this morning, and it's now been about 7 hours. No sign of the outfit or anything. At this point I'm more concerned with the fact that I've lost 20 dollars to this game and nothing to show for it.
