And u are? I was joking dude, chill. You cannot tell me you've never freed up a space in a dungeon for a guildie to join. I'm intrigued to know why u say you'd expect nothing less from me?

I would never expect someone to be kicked out of a dungeon so I could have his slot, or kick someone just to make room for a guildie. Is that a common thing on Teleos? That's terrible
Let me clear a few things up.. I made clear I’m not running any dungeons with your guild due to all the pvp around tames... I was the one which started the vote... we did not kick you during or after the boss.. we kicked you at the start... there was nothing toxic around what happened apart from I don’t want run content with you guys... sadly it’s a RPG game, I wasn’t aware someone would get so upset about it so this will not happen again... but as previously said, we did your first lich with you ... you clearly said in the party chat .. you had faith in us and not yourself to do the dungeon ... we help people through dungeons but not guilds which are causing us issues This won’t happen again. Sorry
There is a lot of kicking going on for stupid and elitist reasons, but I can't say I disagree with refusing to run dungeons with members of a guild known for PKing. When you're in a guild, your actions represent everyone else in it, so you should always be aware of how your guildies are behaving in public, and if you don't agree with their actions, get out. Otherwise you're responsible for the reputation you get by association
There used to be issues with people being kicked before last boss, so they changed the rules. Then people would queue in pairs and antagonize their group and get away with it because kicks had to be unanymous, so they changed the rules. Now people are being kicked when dungeons start, sometimes just for being a crusader or not having the right level or blessing, so I'm fully expecting them to change the rules again. Devs are trying to make things better without taking away all of our options.
So what is the kick vote function in the game for
It's pretty much for kicking people who go idle as soon as they enter the instance
Just tossing in my 2 cents here. When threads start to get argumentative and I see the automod already removing a lot of comments, I keep an eye on it to monitor toxicity. This thread is a valid conversation that probably needs to happen, so I haven't messed with it much aside from removing the occasional comment that didn't contribute and only attacked. It is absolutely the case that Bless Unleashed has an elitism problem. Kinda comes with the territory for games with PVP, unfortunately.
My opinion: Kicking people at the start of a dungeon is elitist, generally toxic and uncalled for. BUT... if you've made a reputation for yourself as a toxic person and that is why you're being kicked, that one is mostly on you. Unfortunately, there is no way for the game to determine why someone is being kicked. Devs keep implementing new ways to prevent abuse of this system, but no one can truly stop us from being dicks other than ourselves. Kicking someone just because they are a crusader, or because you already have priests, or because you want to make room for a friend is awful, and shame on you. By doing so, you are actively contributing to population decline, and that hurts everybody, even you.
Best solution imo: If you end up in a pug without someone you don't want to be grouped with, don't kick, drop out. Few things say FU like leaving someone in a dungeon all alone. You enter a PUG and everyone leaves really drives the point home that nobody likes you.
Honestly, the kick feature should be removed altogether to prevent abuse, and an automatic monitor should be put in place that kicks people from dungeons if they are idle for too long.
