[2020] Checking the status of your Player Experience Ticket

I've seen that there is some confusion regarding the status of tickets submitted. There was an issue that directed you to our Bandai Namco support site vs the Bless Unleashed support site. We've been making changes on the tickets to reflect it coming in on the Bless Unleashed support site.
