[2020] Pre-order bonuses region locked ?

Hi everyone,

I pre-ordered this having enjoyed it thoroughly in the Beta just load it up today ( login announcement for server coming down appears lol) Anyway I normally play on the USA server because all my friends are stateside I'm based in the UK for reference. So I logged in and created my characters on the USA server and noticed that a few of my pre-order bonuses were missing and also all the stuff I was supposed to get for for doing all the Beta tests.

Out of curiosity I then logged out of my character and into the Europe one to see all the additional stuff appear as a notification. Extra character slot, pre-order mounts etc etc.

I've moved backwards and forwards between the two servers but it seems that it is region locked is this right because I certainly didn't see this information in the store when I purchased it nor have I seen it online and less I've missed it in all their email and marketing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Am I going to have to play on my own on the European server if I want the stuff that I've paid for ?
