After yesterdays launch we noticed a relatively big issue with the way that cooldown reduction was affecting players and launched a Hotfix for Update 0.2, Khuliath Rising. You can read all about what we changed (and for the original 0.2 launch) over here: https://blightbound.com/game-updates
