Today is my 8-year Anniversary at @supercell. What a wild ride it has been so far with an unbelievable amount of learnings, personal growth and a great fondness for Finland and its people. 🥰 On to the next 8?! #workanniversary #supercell

@matttwood In Finland it's not uncommon to take off 4-weeks in July when you work in tech/games. Was super weird to even think about it until I did it myself the first time after a particularly hard spring. The mental clarity and improved EVERYTHING after the break at work is perfect.

@matttwood It's much harder to do that when you're working for yourself of course - but even then it'll likely have a positive net impact on your game in the long run!
