I really need a miracle right now. Since last week, my account keeps purchasing automatically random things. I lost 60k star points, 19 gems, 1800 coins and 730 club coins because of my account making automatic purchases. I contacted supercell support to talk about this problem and they confirmed that NO ONE has my account but me. Not even my relatives has access to it. This bug keeps happening everyday and it is really annoying (I lost 300 coins and 2500 star coins today). Supercell support don’t seem to help cuz we tried to recover my account yesterday but the bug still happened today. I contacted them again and they want to do the same thing as yesterday. I feared this glitch might happen again tomorrow if we recover a second time so I ask them if that would fix this but they said “Your account will be safe if you don’t share your credentials” when I repeatedly said that NO ONE has my account and they even confirmed it. I’m losing currency everyday and I really need it to stop this from happening as soon as possible so please upvote so maybe supercell can see this and help me. This is really important for my account.

If someone is accessing your account, means someone has access to your email (or the account was shared at some point), either way, you can contact support and report that, so they will initially block the account and then ask you some questions… hopefully the original owner of the account will answer all the questions more accurately and you’ll be able to have full control of your account again!

If you never shared your account, then I’d make sure to change you change your email password!
