@bajad_rohit No. There's no clear indication so far. Currently only enthusiasts have gears for a meaningful amount of Brawlers and they often face non-gear players. Not enough to draw proper conclusions.

@bajad_rohit No. It isn't. Would be weird if a character at higher power level and with Gears wouldn't give you an advantage.
