Wow, this "blew up"! :D

Reading some of the points below, it's maybe a good opportunity to clarify a few things. Generally speaking you can find our Safe and Fair Play Policy here:

In general we are not looking into individual cases like I did here (I was waiting for things during the maintenance to wrap up), as 100% of these reported cases "I was banned wrongfully. Supercell support is horrible!" play out pretty much like this one. We aren't banning people for the lolz and there are clear processes in place which have the goal to prevent us from making mistakes here. Obviously human errors can happen, but most cases are clear cut. ;)

To close this, I'd also like to say that in this case specifically I'd also like to point out that I didn't ban the account following this interaction, the account was already banned for account sharing/trading. I cannot divulge into details on how we determine this, but let's just say that in this case it was pretty obvious and straight forward.
