Strength and low body fat percentage are two totally different things. I'd like to drop what I gained during covid, but I'll never be a skinny guy.
In fact, it doesn't feel good for me when I drop below 100 kg. 105 kg is maybe my favorite level. 😉
@MagnieMakoyana I got lucky and a mentor created a rare opportunity for me and I did an internship. Turns out I absolutely HATED to create Art on button press. It surprised my creativity.
I wasn't good at it and never happy with what I did.
So I decided to take a different career.
