[2023] Supercell messed it up with R-T and with the content creators.

So, I think everyone here or the vast majority of this subreddit sees Brawl Stars Youtubers on a daily basis and probably sees their Sneak Peeks. So, is important that Supercell tells everything correctly about the new Brawler to the Youtubers, so they don't accidentally spread misinformation to the viewers and to the conent creators themselves.

I think they did a great job with that until R-T came out. At first, everyone in the community thought that R-T's mark doubles damage of the next attack (specially because everyone saw Kairos say that). But that is not the case! R-T's mark ADDS 1050 damage to the next attack, it doesn't double it.

So, only a few amount of content creators knew the thruth about R.T's mark because they had to pay very close attention, but not everybody sees them. Of course I don't blame the content creators that didn't know correctly how R-T works, because at first it seemed that that was the case. 1050 + 1050 of the mark seems like it doubles the attack. Also I remember that Kairos thought that the second Star Power of R-T was bugged, but it wasn't, Supercell didn't tell them about R-T's legs and their permanent shield.

Supercell didn't do a great job at communicating this, so it's very likely that you, the one who is reading this, didn't know about that. Well, at least now you know.

Now there is a bigger problem. Now the content creators, the ones who are supposed to know everything about the game still think that R-T's mark doubles the damage, which is a problem.

In the Kairos' video about the Brawler combos, the first combo is about how R-T doubles the damage of heavy hitters, which is wrong. People on the comment section told him that what he said was wrong. Kairos didn't reply to their comments but he heart'd them, so I think at least he knows now.

In another video of a Spanish Youtuber called Trebor, the top comment said something like this (In Spanish of course): "Why did Sandy's Super deal 1100 damage with his first Star Power". Trebor replied that that was a bug but, as you know, it wasn't. People in the reply section said that it was R-T's mark, but Trebor joked and said "How does the mark increase damage by 1000%?". You can see he didn't know how it worked. This guy is a pro player but doesn't know how the mark works! I still think he doesn't know.

Also Supercell in the Brawler Skills section doesn't make it very clear how the mark works. In fact, A LOT of things of R-T aren't showed in R-T's skills section. (I think I am going to do a post about all the things that aren't told there).
