Start by making sure you don't have any known broken mods by comparing your mods to this list:

If you don't have any listed there as known to be broken, we will need to see your output log (player.log on Mac and Linux). This guide explains where to find it and suggests some places you can upload it to, since we can't attach files here on Steam.
