[2021] How do I set the Pagefile of the Cities Skylines to operate on another disk?

Here's a few guides to set it up. Just make sure to remove the automatic pagefile on C: so Windows doesn't try using that and instead uses the large one you set up on another drive.

I did this for years without problems, though that was while I was still on Windows 7, so I can't comment on whether Windows 10 is more fussy or not.
