Does it help if you change the "Level of Detail" to "High" instead?

Then I'll need to have a look at your output log (called player.log on Mac and Linux). This guide explains where to find it and recommends some sites to upload it to, since we can't attach files here on Steam.

If you upload it to one of the sites mentioned in the guide, you can just link to the file here. :)

Make sure to set the sharing option to anyone with the link can view the file. It's locked.

I see you use Dynamic Resolution. Try to unsubscribe the mod for now to make sure it isn't a setting for the mod doing this. Then restart the game before testing.

I also spotted some old mods I recommend getting rid of. It probably doesn't affect this issue, but still good to solve. Unsubscribe from these:

- Demand Master (dynamic demand is broken, Super Demand can be used as an alternative)
- More Beautification (use Find It instead to browse and place props)
