No, not unless you're using mods at least. Parked cars don't really do anything in the unmodded game. If you have TMPE and have the Parking AI option enabled, then you might have some issues, though I'm actually not sure how the mod handles hitting that limit. It might be just fine even with the mod.

The mod More Vehicles allow for more parked cars, but be aware that you will not be able to remove the mod from a save if you start using it. And it might have some incompatibilities with other mods.
