The long number in front of the asset name is the Steam ID. If you add that to this url, then you can find the item on Steam to see its requirements.

One requires this mod:

Make sure you have both mods subscribed AND enabled in the content manager. Otherwise the assets won't work. If you don't want to use the mods, you can also remove the two assets to get rid of the error. :)
