You also have the old Ploppable RICO. Remove it and get Ploppable RICO Revisited instead.

From the sound of it, you have a lot of assets which aren't working. They might be missing some mod that's required for them to work, or they may simply be broken and should be removed. The Loading Screen Mod can generate a list of broken assets with links to what they need to work (or if there's nothing, they should just be removed).
