[2020] 25 into 81 tiles?

I only count 25, but if I go buy tiles in game later on, will they be available more to the edge of the map then?

Most mods are designed to work in the game itself, and not the editors. 81 tiles is an example of that, and you shouldn't have the mod running while working on a map in the editor. 81 tiles adds the extra tiles in the game, no need to open a map in the editor to do anything special.

Since you can access the whole map in the editor, there also isn't a need for 81 tiles there.
