[2020] Commercial Buildings say "No Goods To Sell" but no industrial demand. HELP!

The warning basically means that your commercial are waiting too long for goods. Local industry might be able to solve that, but you can also just set up good import options for them. Have a cargo harbor or train station somewhere nearby to import goods through, and make sure your traffic slows smoothly all over your city.
