If you can give us more details on what's happening and how far you get, then we should be able to help you get things running. :)
If you don't see the launcher or have issues getting passed the launcher, then please try the steps in this thread. And if that doesn't help, contact Paradox Support (link at the bottom).

If you get passed the launcher fine, but the game crashes before you ever reach the main menu, and you also have Citrix Workspace installed, then that's a known issue with Unity games and Citrix. There's a few workarounds you can try here:

If none of that applies to your situation, then we'll need to know more about how far you get, if you use any workshop content and what you have tried to be able to help. You can also post to the official support forums like grapplehoeker suggested to get help there.
