[2020] Simulation Failed, argument is out of range

Hmm, the log doesn't show anything, but since you see the simulation error on the loading screen, we can try the usual tricks to recover from a simulation error.

Get these two mods, make sure to enable them and restart the game.

Then go to Options, find the Loading Screen Mod on the left and enable all the Safe Mode options for it. Then try loading your save.

Can you post another log from an attempt to load with all the mods and the Safe Mode options enabled? It might not give any clues, but worth a look at least.

You can also upload your save to the workshop, so others can give it a try and see if it loads. To do that go to Content Manager, find Savegames on the left, then find your save. Click the Share button, give it a name and description if you'd like, then click Upload. Copy the link of the page that appears and post it here.
