[2022] Simulation: (failed) , Argumentis out of range, and Parameter name:index

The Loading Screen Mod also has an option to attempt to recover from a simulation error. To use it go into Options before loading your save, select the Loading Screen Mod on the list on the left, find its Safe Mode options, and enabled all 3. Then try loading your save.

I suggest you make a report on our support forum then. You can attach both your output_log.txt and your savegame there for us to look at.
