[2022] No intercity buses coming?

Is this happening with or without mods in use? And on default or workshop maps?

With mods, but no major conflicts and no conflicts pertaining to intercity bus that I can see in compatibility report... Workshop map, but one that YUMBL used and intercity buses worked fine for him.

I'm not able to recreate it without mods and have seen reports of this from before the patch too, so I suspect it might be a mod. Which mods do you have that do something related to public transport and outside connections?
