What's your pagefile set to? Cities runs smoother when the pagefile is set to a large size from the start, so Windows doesn't have to adjust it all the time for the tiny amounts that each asset needs.

The error log doesn't seem to indicate a memory related crash, but it's hard to tell beyond that. We'd need the output log to see if it's something else.

I would go with 128 GB in your case. 192 GB should hopefully be overkill. :P A defined size should help you, since as MarkJohnson mentioned the autopaging doesn't work well - at least with CS and workshop assets. :)
