[2020] About comercial buildings

Here you go. This category includes both high and low density commercial buildings. Just add the ones you like and they'll be mixed in with any that can spawn in your city.

If you want more control over which ones can spawn where, then I recommend looking into the Building Themes mod. It lets you create themes of buildings to spawn in districts. :)
