[2020] Trains are bugging!

Check the options for that specific train in AVO and see if it has any options checked like the one to replace the last car with an engine.

It might also be worth checking how close you are to the vehicle limit with a mod like CSL Show More Limits. Hitting the vehicle limit can cause some weird stuff to happen with trains, though I have only seen them missing cars, not this.

Hmm, that is strange! Is it just that train or do other types of trains do it too? If you know the name of the train asset, we can try it. Perhaps it's related to that and not something else. :S

It wasn't just that train, it was all trains + the accordion buses.
I don't know what happened, but now it has fixed itself, so thank you for your time :)
