The best way for us to see what's happening is to take a look at your output log (player.log on Mac and Linux). This guide explains where to find it and suggests some sites to upload the file to, since we can't attach files here on Steam.

Your mods are all good, so I don't think they are the cause. My guess is you are running out of memory. You can fix that by increasing the max size of your pagefile for Windows to 32 GB, or by removing workshop assets until it loads.
