Sounds like a Steam connection issue. What usually does the trick for me is log out of Steam, shut it down completely, then restart it and log back in.

Hmm, no the Steam connection issue usually affects all workshop content. So you have other workshop assets that show up in the Content Manager just fine?

Can you link some of the assets that aren't showing up in the content manager here?

If you're in the Steam app you can right-click on a page and select the option "Copy Page Url"

The assets show up in my content manager just as they should, so at least it doesn't seem to be an issue with them. Let's see if there's a mod messing with things for you. Add the launch option -disableMods to Steam (right-click on the game, select Properties and add it in the box at the bottom of the window). Then start the game and see if they show up as they should.

Could you also check the Steam Workshop section of the content manager? With Steam connection issues they may show up there, while not in the Asset category, so checking both places will help us figure out where the issue is.

Ah, so they show up in the Content Manager and are enabled, but they are not available in game for you as bus options?

Mass Transit isn't needed to select vehicles. If you're missing this option to change bus types, then you most likely have a mod that's causing it to not show up. In that case add the launch option -disableMods and test on a city that doesn't use mods.
